At Zzocalo Jewelry, we strive to ensure that your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.
We currently ship orders within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Zzocalo Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather or postal strikes). Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked them as delivered. For added security, we recommend selecting a shipping option that includes tracking and insurance.
